Jabegote, also known as "cante de los marengos", is a flamenco style, which belongs to “malagueñas” group.
“Verdiales” are a very old flamenco expression, with peasant origin. Its nature is socio-musical deprivation in certain geographical areas of Malaga (Axarquia, Montes de Malaga and the Guadalhorce Valley).
Nana is a flamenco style which was inspired by most popular version of sleeping children songs.
“Saeta” is a flamenco singing without guitar accompaniment with origin in the Andalusian folklore. It is performed in Easter religious parades.
