Café de Chinitas ist ein Tablao-Flamenco, der sich in einer Villa des 18. Jahrhunderts befindet. Er wurde von dem altsten „Café Cantante" (Livemusik-Café) Spaniens und dem Dichter García Lorca inspiriert.

Der Tablao wird von Manila-Umschlagtüchern und Stierkampf-Motiven dekoriert. Renommierte Bildhauer wie Manuel Sanguino (Bildhauer der Türen der Almudena Kathedrale) hinterließen ihre Spuren an den Ecken dieser Villa.
