Tablao Flamenco La Cantaora
Tablao Flamenco La Cantaora is a place where you can immerse yourself in the roots of Sevillian flamenco, both for its nineteenth-century atmosphere and its artists.
The Tablao Flamenco La Cantaora is located in the historic centre of Seville, next to Plaza Nueva. Its live shows recover the roots of this art form.
It is uniquely accessible, both in its location and inside the establishment itself. As well as having comfortable toilets and tables, it has a professional sign language interpreter for the hearing impaired. There are taxi ranks, bus and tram stops nearby. There is also a public car park 50 metres from the venue.
The interior is soundproofed and air-conditioned for any time of the year, making it a very pleasant venue. Its acoustics are exceptional, with surround sound during the shows. Together with the decoration inspired by the 19th century Singing Cafés, it is an exclusive, intimate and magical space.
Gypsy singing" is the hallmark of the Tablao La Cantaora. The artists who take to the stage are world-renowned for their passionate way of performing. They have been selected both for their professionalism and their personality on stage.
In addition, here the spectator can see live the figure of the "festero" or "festera": an artist who has the gift of dancing and singing at the same time, interpreting the "palos alegres" (singing and dancing styles) typical of the 19th century.
It is the perfect place to travel back in time and immerse yourself in the roots of flamenco.
