Cardamomo Tablao Flamenco

Cardamomo Tablao flamenco is the meeting point of best flamenco artists in Madrid. It is the only tablao in Madrid which is recommended by the New York Times. Cardamomo has become a symbol for this art and a point of reference for great performers such as Joaquín Cortés, Enrique Morente, Estrella Morente, Jorge Pardo, Antonio Carmona, or Raimundo Amador, among others.

Since 1994, the tablao has attracted young talents who viewed Cardamomo as a “rehearsal room” for their new musical creations. Later, they have returned as renowned professionals.

After many years of intense artistic activity committed to offering the purity and authenticity of Flamenco, Cardamomo offers live shows every day, with a different flamenco cast every month. Flamenco at Cardamomo is expressed in skin and blood, passion, breath of life, emotion; it is the language of the heart raising its voice and awakening the skin and the soul of the world.

The cultural contribution of Cardamomo Tablao Flamenco was recognised in 2014 when it was included by the City Council of Madrid in the “Cultural Heritage of the City of Madrid” in the Centre district for “its special characteristics and singularity” (BOAM, 13th November 2014).
