Glossary of flamenco

“Tientos” is a flamenco singing and dancing style. They belong to tangos group and its origin is in flamenco tango.

Information about seguiriya. It is one of the oldest palos of flamenco. The name derives from "seguidilla". The principal areas are Jerez, and Triana in Seville.

Fandango is an old "palo" of flamenco dancing from 19th century in the regions of Andalusia and Levante.

Fandango de Huelva is a “palo” flamenco which belongs to “fandangos” family.
