Arte Flamenco Las Arenas is located in the auditorium of Las Arenas Shopping Centre (Former Plaza de las Arenas). A wonderful enclave in Barcelona to enjoy an unforgettable flamenco evening.

 

Since May 1995, this tablao offers a flamenco show of high quality. Show and atmosphere has been carefully designed to offer a unique flamenco stage. Some areas look like a typical an Andalusian courtyard thanks to an excellent decoration.

Glossary of flamenco

Farruca is one of the newest flamenco styles. Its origin is found in the folklore of northern Spain which was brought to Andalusia.

Information about "serranas". It is a flamenco style from Ronda (Malaga), a kind of rural song typical of Andalusian folklore.

Tango is one of the most basic flamenco styles. Its origins comes from Cádiz and Sevilla, probably from one of the most ancient songs of the 19th century.

Petenera is a palo flamenco which name is due to a singer from Paterna de Rivera (Cádiz), which existed in the late eighteenth century called "La Petenera".
