Murciana
“Murciana” is a flamenco style that belongs to “cantes minero-levantinos”, specifically, a kind of “taranta”. This style along with "cartageneras" was originated even before 1920s, when "tarantas" started to be recorded.
It began as a “fandango abandolao” style without rhythmic accompaniment in order to leave enough time for singing, something that was very common in these styles.
