La Cueva de la Rocío ist eine der ersten Zigeuner-Zambras in dem Sacromonte Viertel in Granada. Sie wurde im Jahr 1951 von Herr Andrés Maya Fajardo und Frau Rocío Fernández Bustamente gegründet.

Der Tablao wurde noch durch die Familie Maya geleitet und verfügt über zwei verschiedene Höhlen und eine große Terrasse, die wunderbaren Aussichten auf die Alhambra und der Generalife bietet.

Cueva de la Rocío ist ein familiärer und gemütlicher Ort und wird als seriös und professionell kennzeichnet. Der Tablao wurde verschiedene Preise wie „Prestigio Turístico 2010“ gewonnen.

Unter den Prominenten, die Cueva de la Rocío besucht haben, stehen: First Lady des ehemaligen US-Präsidenten, Michelle Obama, ehemalige spanische Könige Herr Juan Carlos und Frau Sofía mit dem ehemaligen US-Präsidenten Bill Clinton.
